Saw a black man sit there for 17 mins looked at by two different servers and never greeted me. Until the curly head host spoke to them thats when they came , otherwise they were gonna keep acting like i wasnt there until it was time to close. 08/23/26 sat down at 8:53pm until 9:08pm no water no greeting. Just the subtle ignoring and flipping head & their hair away from my direction. ALL GOOD , BLACK PEOPLE SHOULDNT GO WHERE THEY NOT WANTED

The food tasted good but less vegetarian options. Menu has a lot of options with meat need to try again.the ladies inside are very helpful and sweet

I got carry out. Felt like portion should have been larger for $20. I went because I wanted broth due to not feeling well. I did a build your own ramen. Flavor was very bland, temperature was lukewarm (required reheating and I live 3 min away), and quantity of broth and toppings were lacking.

Tried this place for the first time and was very impressed. I loved the atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and waitress was very nice, always checking on us. Food was excellent! We started with gyoza and wow… delicious! We may get two orders next time. We both ordered bento boxes and got the soup and beef egg rolls with it. I got chicken and hubby got steak. Chicken was okay but the rest of the food was delicious. Especially loved the beef egg rolls and sauce that was served with them. Will definitely come back in the future and try something different, but will be ordering gyoza and beef egg rolls!

Yanagi Ramen is a solid addition to the area and a place I’d definitely return to. While it wasn’t the most mind-blowing ramen I’ve ever had, it was genuinely good—especially for the location—and clearly hits the spot when you’re craving something warm and comforting. My bowl was flavorful and well-balanced, though worth noting: even after asking for heat, it wasn’t spicy at all, so spice lovers may want to temper expectations. That said, the experience had a bit of a rough start. We arrived right at the posted opening time (11am) and ended up waiting outside in the freezing cold, unsure if they were actually open. We had to call to confirm, and only then did someone come to unlock the door. Once inside, I asked for hot tea—pretty standard at most Japanese spots—only to be told they were completely out, which was surprising. All things considered, Yanagi Ramen delivers a dependable bowl with good vegetarian choices and a clean, modern space.
